It is often referred to as being the practise of consciously getting into the most relaxed state you possibly can, whilst staying conscious with an awake mind. Restorative yoga
A quiet, but extremely powerful practise, that is so healing and nurturing.
This immersive training includes:
A detailed breakdown and workshop of restorative yoga poses.
How to be creative and use props and modifications.
The benefits and anatomy of restorative yoga and rest.
Relaxation techniques and breath work.
Hands on adjustments to deepen relaxation.
How to teach restorative yoga and incorporate into your own practise.
How to support your students in a chaotic world.
