I share gently and intuitively, with different styles of yoga being weaved throughout each class.
It’s my job to simply guide you through a practise…
I will always encourage you to feel your way! To listen to and trust your body’s wisdom.
Offerings
Peaceful Mama: Pregnancy
Suitable for all expectant Mothers over 14 weeks pregnant. Yoga, movement, breath work, mantras and visualizations that will help to prepare the mind and body for birthing and motherhood. We have a really supportive WhatsApp group for you to join too if you wish.
Tuesdays at 6.15pm
Fridays online at 10am.
Rest
A mix of both Yin and Restorative practices. This is a very gentle evening class that will help you to soothe and calm the nervous system and prepare you for bed!
Movement, mediation, mantra and sound.
Tuesdays at 8pm at Her Peaceful Place
Chair Yoga for the MS Society
Gentle chair based yoga for those living with MS or other neurological diseases. A way to stretch and strengthen the muscles, practise relaxation and mindfulness, and enjoy a gorgeous sense of community.
Thursdays 10.00am at the Bulwark Community Centre and Zoom
