Peaceful Mama: Pregnancy
Suitable for all expectant Mothers over 14 weeks pregnant. Yoga, movement, breath work, mantras and visualizations that will help to prepare the mind and body for birthing and motherhood. Community is EVERYTHING.

Peaceful Mama: Postnatal
A gentle and supportive class for new Mama’s. Yoga and movement, meditation, circle sharing, rest and community. Join our village.
